Mindful Movement
Move slowly. Notice more.
Mindful Movement is for anyone who finds stillness difficult or simply wants to reconnect with the body through movement. Drawing from mindfulness, Pilates, and gentle Yin-inspired movement, the practice uses breath and sensation as anchors for attention.
Drawing from mindfulness practice, Pilates, and gentle Yin-inspired movement, the session invites participants to notice breath, weight, balance, effort, and sensation while moving slowly and with attention.
There is no emphasis on performance or achieving a particular shape. Movement becomes another way of observing how we meet effort, ease, limitation, and change.
The practice gradually settles into stillness, ending with guided rest and sound.

The Approach
Mindfulness does not require the body to be still.
Movement can reveal where we rush, resist, hold tension, or lose attention — and offer a practical way to return.
