RESET 30

A four-week mindfulness practice for the working day.

RESET 30 is a four-week mindfulness program designed to make mindful attention usable during the working day. Through short weekly practices, participants learn to pause, recognize stress and automatic reactions, and respond with greater awareness.
Rather than offering a temporary escape from work, RESET 30 gives participants simple practices for noticing automatic patterns and returning to the present with greater awareness.

• 30 minutes per session
• Chair-based practice

Session Flow

Week 1 — AUTOPILOT
Noticing where attention goes

An introduction to mindfulness and automatic pilot.
Participants explore breath and sensory awareness as simple ways of returning attention to the present.

Week 2 — STRESS
Recognizing stress in the body

Participants explore how stress may appear through breath, posture, sensation, and habitual reactions.

A short body-based practice offers a way to notice stress without immediately reacting to it.

Week 3 — SPACE
Noticing thoughts, emotions, and reactions

This session explores the space between what happens and how we respond.

Participants practice observing thoughts, emotions, and bodily reactions with greater awareness before moving into action.

Week 4 — RESET
Bringing mindfulness into the working day

The final session brings the previous practices together.

Participants develop a short personal reset practice that can be used between meetings, before difficult conversations, or during periods of mental overload.
